Decision please...

I'm at it again.. seems like this is my cycle every 2 years...

I received a call last Friday about an offer.. Most probably, will get the formal call soon this week and it's time to decide.

I'm not sure how to decide.
I'm happy with what I do now,
yet I think that the offer is an opportunity for me
to try something new and
to expand my horizon (not that I'm short of it at my current place).
I also like the idea of transferring my knowledge and
in a way, develop the industry that I'm in.
It's a dynamic market, young & growing..
At the same time, I have the opportunity to expand my exposure to the global market at my current place,
with the plan that my new boss has..

Basically, i like both..
so, it's a matter of choosing one,
not that the other is better than the other ones.

Yes, it's time to decide...
